How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@surpora.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If applicable, provide any necessary evidence (e.g., photos or videos of damaged items) to help us process your request faster.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or lost in transit. For international orders, return shipping costs may exceed the value of the product.

Refunds are Only Eligible If:
1. Lost packages during transit
2. Damaged items (please provide evidence within 7 days)
3. Orders not arrive within 40 days

Refunds are not Eligible For:
