Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your GlareGuard™ Glasses. But if you don't, we're not going to make it difficult for you.
Our Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to try your glasses. If they don't work for you for any reason, just contact us and we'll issue a full refund once the item is returned. We just ask that the glasses are in reasonable condition (not intentionally broken or abused).
Damaged Items
If your glasses arrive damaged or broken, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No need to ship anything back.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your order was lost in transit, or if your order hasn't arrived within 40 days of the shipping date, we'll issue a full refund. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
Return Shipping
If you're returning the glasses because they weren't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. If the item arrived damaged or was lost, we cover everything and you won't pay a thing.
For international orders, please be aware that return shipping costs can sometimes be high. If that's the case for you, reach out to us and we'll work something out.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at support@surpora.com with your order number and a brief description of what's going on. If the item arrived damaged, include a photo so we can move quickly. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
